GHALIA is a Jordan-born, Toronto-based, Canadian House/RnB/Pop artist and multi-dimensional singer/songwriter who combines carefully crafted melodies with impactful and relatable lyrics through upbeat, radio-friendly Pop/House/RnB songs. Growing up with an evident passion for music, GHALIA spent her childhood posting singing covers on YouTube and performing for small crowds of her peers in her hometown of Amman, Jordan. After facing heavy criticism and bullying for taking her passion so seriously from a young age, she took a step back from music. Several years later, GHALIA has found her voice and passion for music once again.
After moving back and forth between Jordan and Canada for the majority of her childhood, she often found herself holding back on communicating her feelings to others, and instead turned to songwriting and singing as her creative and emotional outlet. Now, after becoming a Canadian citizen and beginning her studies at the Toronto Trebas Institute in the Summer of 2022 to study audio engineering, music production, and songwriting - GHALIA is taking a crucial step in following her dreams of making a career out of her passion for music and refining her existing musical skill set.
Citing a diverse group of talent that ranges from MEDUZA to Loud Luxury to The Weeknd to Always Never to Justin Bieber, GHALIA has used their work as a marker for her own - weaving melancholy lyrics with high-tempo beats to craft her unique sound. GHALIA's mission is to connect with her listeners by penning stories that many will be able to relate to, all while making them want to get up and dance like no one is watching. GHALIA’s ability to capture the attention of listeners with specially-selected beats, complex drops and arrangements have set her apart from the rest.

Interlacing her often vulnerable and introspective lyrics with RnB and House style beats, this past year she was able to release a new, dynamic sound with the world by exposing a striking, never-before seen side of her musical abilities, which are reflected in her past three releases, "444," “So Do I,” and “Drown."
So far, GHALIA has garnered over 62,000+ Spotify streams, 24,000+ Anghami streams, 15 editorial playlist placements on Anghami, and 300+ curated/algorithmic playlist placements on Spotify. Three of her past singles, "444," “So Do I,” and “Drown,” have been premiered and played on popular radio stations in Amman, Jordan (102.5 BEAT FM and 91.5 MOOD FM).

Performance Riders
1. PURCHASER agrees to provide ARTIST with ground transportation for ARTIST, plus luggage and equipment, etc. between airport, hotel, concert venue, and return to airport upon departure.
2. PURCHASER shall provide hotel accommodation. Two rooms in a first class facility, near the venue, shall be provided for both the night before the show, and the night of the show.
3. PURCHASER shall provide one dressing room for ARTIST. PURCHASER agrees to be responsible for the security of items in the dressing room and shall keep all unauthorized persons from entering said area.
4. PURCHASER agrees to provide ARTIST with a hot meal between sound check and the performance. If catering is not available, PURCHASER will make several local take-out menus available to ARTIST to select from (pick up/delivery included).
5. PURCHASER shall provide specific items in dressing room:
- 4 bottles of water
- Fresh chamomile tea
- Fresh, organic fruit if available (watermelon, oranges, strawberries are preferable)
Technical Riders
1. PURCHASER agrees to provide ARTIST with microphone (SM58) + XLR cable for microphone.
2. PURCHASER agrees to provide ARTIST with microphone stand.
3. PURCHASER agrees to provide ARTIST with 2 loudspeakers at both sides of the audience, 1 loudspeaker in the centre of the back of the stage (directed towards the audience), and 1 sub-speaker.
4. PURCHASER agrees to provide ARTIST with complete wireless in-ear monitoring system.
5. PURCHASER agrees to provide ARTIST with 1 HD video projector (HDMI connection from the central projector to the main computer).
6. PURCHASER agrees to provide ARTIST with local professional Audio Visual Technician (ARTIST will provide their own Live Sound Engineer + mixing console).
